Temp 73, DP 58. Ran from Tranquil Space Dupont up to U st and then took Florida to P. Took P across Wisconsin to 37th St and then took Prospect back to Wisconsin. then took Wisconsin down to the waterfront and ran the Rock Creek trail to the Watergate and then to New Hampshire Avenue. Did drills and two strides after.
