Temp/DP 71; wind of 5 MPH from SE.
Jogged to Yorktown and did 3x800, 4x200 in 3:04, 3:04, 3:03, 42, 43, 43, 42. Recoveries of 2:30 and 2:27 between 800s; full recovery for 200s.
Felt a bit sluggish, but it was almost certainly the humidity.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, birthday cake and salted caramel GUS - had some GI issues before workout; none during.
Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue - breathing good.
L/R balance was 48.3/51.7. Wore ankle braces.
