Temp and DP 42, wind of 7 mph from NW.
Did the hill/tempo combo workout - hills were around 70 seconds, tempos at 6:37 and 6:29 pace. SI joint markedly better, but right hamstring grabbed up on second to last hill repeat, with tenderness at insertion, so I shut stuff down.
Breathing good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs rescue before start of workout.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted watermelon and smores GUs, and berry stroopwafel. Massive GI troubles, with 3 bathroom breaks.
