Temp 26, DP 14. Did 4 mile tempo on the track. This actually went fairly well - I was concerned during the warm-up, since I felt like I couldn't breath at all. But after the first mile breathing got easier. Hamstring held up very nicely for workout; just some stiffness during cooldown.
Worked with Jessica Chin and Emily S. We had a good group going.
Did 6400m in 26:20 - split as 6:48/6:34/6:34/6:24
One puff of Dulera, but didn't get a very good puff - need to fix that next time, and also get more of a warm-up in
