Jogged up to Yorktown and did a tempo workout of 4800, 3200, 1600. Split it as
4800 in 20:14 (6:49/6:48/6:37) - 5:41 jog
3200 in 13:22 (6:47/6:35) - 2:49 jog plus 4 minute bathroom break.
1600 in 6:28
Legs were a bit tired. Felt good about this one.
L/R balance was 48.4/51.6
Wore arm-coolers.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs. Sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before workout. Breathing good after rescue.
