On treadmill with Stryd. Workout was alternating of:
2x70 seconds hard at 4.5 incline (speed between 8.8 and 9.0)
10 minutes at 0.5 incline (speed between 9.1-9.3)
(recoveries of 2:30 at 6.9 speed and incline of 0.5)
Paces for tempo were 6:26 and 6:21, supposedly (footpod may be off)
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted watermelon GUs - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Music was Zoltar's podcast 890.
HRM strap not working, so HR most likely off.
