Temp 71, DP 68. Felt a bit off, but wanted to do the workout anyway. Ran with Heather and Jillian, did 400, 800, 1200, 1200, 800, 400 - splits of 1:25, 2:51, 4:28, 4:24, 2:50, and 79 (we were told to slow down after the first 800). Did the workout without straining, but adding in a 1600 would have been a struggle.

Followed with squats at the gym (3x8 at 135, 155, 165). Cut everything else short, as had a call to make.

Used one puff of dulera at 5:15 am.
