Parked at Tennis center on Hains Point and did clockwise loops. Ran this progressive, split as the first 5 miles averaging 9:31 pace; next 5 miles averaging 8:10 pace; next 5 miles averaging 7:24 pace.
Gait felt a bit awkward at marathon pace part.
L/R balance at 46.3/53.7
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and Maurten GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well. Espresso GU at mile 9.5
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of inhaler - a bit tight at times.
Wore jacket, tank top and tights - cold at first, then good. Also wore buff for first 3 miles, and mittens for first 9 miles.
SL20s felt dead.
