Temp 59, DP 51. Fantastic weather. My allergies were flaring a bit, but didn't affect the workout

Workout was 6x800, and also did some 200s at the end. Splits were 2:53, 2:53, 2:51, 2:48, 2:48, and 2:50, and then 38 and 38.

Felt aerobically good, but slightly stiff in hips and right leg (especially on first interval). Got better as intervals went on, though I faded a bit on the last. GI system cramped up pretty badly on second half of last 800, but got it done. Definitely ran reps 4 and 5 a bit fast, but oh well - I'll hold back more next time.

For 200s, focused on form rather than running as fast as I could. I'm overcorrecting my head carriage though, and looking down too much - I'll work on that next time.

Injury prevention work at gym included squats (4x6 at 135, 155, 165, 175) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 35).
