Temp 34, DP 26. Ran 2x1200, 800, 400, working with Elise. Went very careful at first - ran 4:48, 3:02, 1:30, 4:42, 3:03, 1:25. Didn't feel 100%, but better than I have in a while, so yay.
One puff Foradil in morning. Garmin ate splits - at least I remember the splts, but I had to guess the recoveries (I remember they were short) No HR data either.
