Temp 35, DP 33, wind of 6 MPH from south.
Ran 3200, 1600 in 12:59 (6:34/6:25) and 6:16, partnering with Carolyn for all of it. The first workout back is always a bit mentally challenging, and this one was no different. I feel pretty good about it though - I felt like I had my rhythm back by the end.
Breeze slightly noticeable on the home stretch.
breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted watermelon GUs - sat well.
breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before to be proactive - not sure I needed them.
wore medium longsleeve, thin tights, and heavier glove/mittens with handwarmers. Slightly overdressed.
