Temp 30, DP 18. Great weather.
Felt surprisingly good. Guess it's the taper. Workout was 1600, 1200, 2x800, 400 - ran 5:53, 4:19, 2:48, 2:46, 80. Extended recoveries also helped.
Followed up with light injury prevention work at gym. One puff of Dulera in the am.
