Temp 69, DP 65. Did a ladder - 400/800/1200/1600/1200/800/400. Worked with Chris C, Brent, Jason, Jenn, and also Jake and Alex for part. We were supposed to run controlled on the way up, and then harder on the way down. Ran 90, 3:01, 4:29, 5:57, 4:25, 2:49, 83.

Ran the second half harder, but decided not to hammer too hard on the 400 - I'm just paranoid right now about not taking big risks, and with no short races in my near future, there's no reason to run all out.

Good workout - I was still feeling some fatigue from the race, but I held together well.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, lemonade and strawberry banana GUs, and berry stroopwafel. Sat pretty well. Breathing was very good (advair 250/50)

Shoes kept loosening up on me - these might be near the end of their natural lifespan.
