Temp 44, DP 37, wind from west at 8 MPH, pollen of 11.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to East Falls Church, where I looped Van Buren to Columbia to Lee Highway to the W&OD to Van Buren. Then took the same route home. Drills and four hill strides after.
L/R balance at 47.7/52.3.
Wore longsleeve shirt and shorts plus buff; comfortable to slightly warm.
