Notes
Temp and DP 62. Did a slowed 5K tempo, working with a large group that dwindled down to Anna, Lauren, Bill, and myself (I dropped a bit the last 800 when they picked it up).
Absolutely exhausted during this one, almost fell asleep. My sleep quality has just sucked. No more evening races for me for a while.
Splits were 6:37, 6:30, 6:22, and then 46 seconds. Left hammy and right foot a bit tight after.
Followed up with weights work at the gym, including squats (2x6 at 135, 165), and single leg deadlifts (2x5 at 30).
