Temp 67, DP 60. Tempo-ish workout of 1600/3200/1600; told to start off at 8k-10k pace. Ran 6:27, 12:54 (6:30/6:24), and then 6:09. Focused on running hard, but staying relaxed, and staying at the high end of tempo effort rather than an interval. Fitness is definitely coming back, though still has a way to go.
