Temp 32, DP 18, wind of 7 mph from SW.
Took Custis out to W&OD south, then exited at Wilson and took Lexington back up to the Custis back home. Drills and 2 hill strides after.
Wore thin tights and reflective CAR jacket - maybe slightly warm?
L/R balance at 48.3/51.8. Didn't wear ankle braces.
