Felt horrible this morning (really bad -- only way I knew I wasn't sick was my resting HR), but decided to give it a shot anyway, and glad I did. Used inhaler first around 5:45 am, and then again just 10 minutes before the workout, and it helped a lot.

The workout was 1-2 sets of 1600m, 800m, 800m with half-distance recovery. Since I'm racing on Friday, we stopped after the first set, though I then jumped in to run a fast 400m with Laura.

Splits were 6:16 for the mile, 3:04 and 3:02 for the two 800m, and 82 for the 400m (which hurt -- I only had 60 seconds recovery between the 800m and the 400m -- I volunteered to do it, not realizing that we were starting it RIGHT THEN. Very good for sharpening, though).
