Temp 76, DP 68. Wind of 6 MPH from north.
Did 2x3200m at tempo effort, then full recovery before 4x200m at mile effort. Really tried to stay honest with the tempo effort, not crossing the red line of effort. Was slightly surprised at how slow the tempos were, but then I saw the temperature after and yes....those were about right. Mile pace reps felt smooth.
Splits were 13:09 (6:35/6:34), 13:05 (6:37/6:28) and then 42, 41, 41, 41.
Breathing better, but not great. Hopefully a few days of pred will do the trick. Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before workout. Puffing around 475 on the peak flow meter right now.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and salted watermelon and smores GUs - sat well.
