Temp 25, DP 20, wind supposedly at 7mph from NE, but didn't feel like it (didn't notice the wind)

Met group and did 2x(1600, 800, 400) plus 2x200 in 6:57, 3:17, 94, 6:38, 3:07, 92, and then 46 and 46. Recoveries were ~5:30 after the 1600 and between 2:30-2:5x after the 800s and 400s. Full recovery for the 200s.

Coordination improving, but things were still rough for the first 1600. The second set felt better, except I got choppy when I tried to run fast on the 400 and the 200s.

L/R balance at 47.3/52.7

breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted caramel and smores GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and one puff of rescue - breathing good.

Wore tights, thick longsleeve, and buff and was well dressed for conditions.
