Temp and DP 78, wind of 9 mph from south; low pollen; code orange AQ.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren. Then took Noland to Rt 7 all the way to the W&OD, before taking the W&OD back to the Custis to home. Drills, two uphill strides, and two flat strides after. Ran into Chris Carney and got to run with him for a bit, which was nice.
