Temp/DP 48. George said to keep it to 12 and easy, so no long run this week.
Ran with group, including Ann, Jessicas M and C, new girl Jacklyn, and Rich, down to 14th St bridge and back up MV trail. Rich and I added an out and back to make 12. Left foot a bit stiff/tight at points - part of it may have been because my tape job sucked and I was trying to use the "feetures" sock.
Followed with a lot of injury prevention work at Golds, including squats (4x8 at 125, 145, 155, 165), good mornings (2x10 at 105) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30).
