Parked in Bon Air park and did an out and back on the W&OD to Vienna.
Ran this progressive - first 5 miles averaged 9:26; next 4 miles averaged 7:51, next 5 miles averaged 7:03.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Took half an expresso GU at mile 8.5. Carried water but should have drunk more of it. Was a bit dehydrated at end.
Breathing was good - Breo, Qvar, and one puff of rescue.
Wore ankle braces - L/R balance of 48.1/51.9
