Temp/DP 30, wind from SE at 5 MPH
Workout was 4x1200, 2x400 in 5:08, 5:02, 4:53, 4:54, 92, and 93. Recoveries of 2:28-3:21 after each.
Balance much better, but legs felt really stiff the first 1200.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry Gus - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus one puff of rescue - breathing good.
L/R balance at 49.2/50.8
Wore tights and longsleeve - may have been a bit cold for workout.
