On treadmill with Stryd. Started the hill/tempo workout, then treadmill shutdown during first tempo rep.
Workout was 70 seconds at 8.7-8.8 with 4.5 incline; 2:30 recovery at 6.7 with 0.5 incline. Tempo was 9.2-9.3 and incline of 1 to protect treadmill. Tempo pace of 6:31.
breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted watermelon and lemon GUs
breathing was good - advair 250/50 and Qvar.
Music was Juno Reactor - 2002 Japan concert.
