Temp 71, DP 70.
Ran 3x1600,800 working with group of Kate H-W, Jenn D, Heather, and Shannon. Splits were 6:16, 3:01, 6:11, 3:01, 6:08, and 2:54. Kept this controlled until the last. The track was very crowded, which slowed some of the intervals and also extended recoveries. I wasn't complaining, though - the extra time was nice given the humidity.
Breathing wasn't great, but still better than last weekend. I think that's probably because I'm not pushing myself as hard here, and also have recovery breaks. Used 1 puff Foradil before workout, and 2 puffs albuterol right before run.
