DP and temp of 67 - pretty sticky.
Workout was a pyramid - 400, 600, 800, 2x1000, 800, 600, 400. Ran 87, 2:09, 2:51, 3:37, 3:37, 2:54, 2:05, 84. Workout started out easy, but ended up being a struggle. Stomach cramped up during first 1000m, requiring a quick bathroom break. After that, I struggled a bit with the workout - just felt like I couldn't catch my breath at all during the recoveries. Not an asthma attack, just hating the humidity.
Debated dropping, but figured it was a good chance to practice holding my form together when everything hurts. Managed to run a decent 600m, but just survived the final 400. Oh well, overall it was a decent workout.
Got a massive headache after the workout. After about 20 minutes, plus some salt and fluids, felt a lot better, so did a cooldown run plus injury prevention work. For injury prevention work, did squats (3x6 at 135, 160, 170), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30) and box jumps (both legs up to 20", one legged up to 8").
