Did an 8K tempo with Chris Carney. This felt very controlled and fluid, and I felt very energetic after. I'm in good shape for the fall.

Did four hill sprints after near Golds.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus one puff of inhaler before workout - breathing slightly tight before workout, and good during.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and vanilla GUs. A bit of GI irritation, but that might have been from something I ate yesterday. Was fine for workout.
