Notes

Starting temp 34, DP 32; ending temp 42, DP 35. Very light wind of 3 MPH from NE (though felt like from other direction).

Parked near the tennis center and did multiple clockwise laps of Hains Point. Splits were:

First set: 33:13 (6:47/6:36/6:32/6:41/6:37) - 6:39 average [had to stop and pause my watch during the first mile when a bus pulled in front of me and then hit the brakes, effectively cutting me off.]

Second set: 32:52 (6:38/6:36/6:37/6:31/6:30) - 6:35 average.

My HRM was not working for this run, which is a shame - the effort felt controlled and right, but I'd love to see the HRM data to confirm that. Felt like I could have continued at the end without much duress, so that's a good sign.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs, and coconut stroopwafel - sat well. Ate Chipotle the day before - that sat mostly well, but I need to avoid the pico next time.

Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and one puff of rescue before start.

Wore thick longsleeve and shorts - legs a bit cold at first, but otherwise fine.

Took most of an expresso GU between the two sets. Started carrying a water bottle, but the handle was too tight, so I dropped it and picked it up after the run.
