8 mile progression/aerobic run on the towpath. Was feeling lousy, so decided to just do 8 miles at aerobic effort. Splits pace-wise were 7:36, 7:30, 7:32, 7:31, 7:23, 7:19, 7:14, 7:00, so I did the progression part nicely. I averaged 7:24 for the 8 miles (a bit slow, due to the surface), and 8:36 for the recovery.
Dewpoint was 64, but felt a bit more humid.
