Temp 74, DP 58. Pershing loops, ending at Tranquil Space Arlington. Almost got hit by a car on Glebe - woman was pulling out completely oblivious to the fact that I was waving and screaming to get her attention. Since I knew she wasn't paying attention, I didn't enter the intersection. Good thing.
Breathing better. Back on Clarinex for allergies, plus Advair 250/50. Took a puff of rescue inhaler before Advair, to make sure I got a good dose of the Advair.
Left foot crampy.
