Temp/DP 39, wind from SE at 8 MPH. Pollen of 10.

Did a track workout of 1600, 1200, 2x800, 400, 2x200 in 6:53, 4:56, 3:14, 3:11, 91, 44, and 45. Just under 5 minutes recovery after the 1600, 2:4x-3:0x recovery for the 1200s and 800s, full recovery after 400s and 200s. Trailed a pack of Chris Carney, Dave Lett, Rihanna, and some others. Stride getting better, through first 1600 was still choppy.

L/R balance at 48.4/51.6

Wore thin tights and long sleeve- dressed just right.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs, and some dark chocolate - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue after 1600.

Tested metaspeed edge for cooldown run, so that will be a separate entry.
