Temp 47, DP 28.
Workout was 8x800 (told to keep it careful). Started run a bit early to get extra warm-up in, since I had to run to airport right after. Ran 3:00, 2:55, 2:54, 2:56, 2:56, 2:54, 2:53, 2:51. Felt a bit sluggish, but strong. Could have done 2 more.
1 puff Dulera in the morning. No injury prevention work - had to run to airport.
