Easy run - ran to Georgetown to meet Jessica, then started normal route down to mall, only to cut it short due to lightning. Ducked into a Starbucks for 10 minutes, then went up 18th to Dupont, and back across P to Wisconsin to M. Then over Key Bridge to Jessica's before returning back over the Key Bridge and to the gym.

Followed with injury prevention work (gentle) 3x8 squats at 105, 115, 125, 1x10 good morning at 85, 4x5 single leg deadlifts at 15.
