Ran 3x(1200,800,400), working with Jamie D. and Kate W. for first two sets. Split 4:41, 3:06, 1:29, 4:36, 3:00, 1:32, 4:32, 2:59, 83.
Since I was going for three sets, I kept this one pretty restrained, trying to avoid going faster than 90 seconds for any individual 400 (until the last). This felt pretty controlled. We only did 400 recovery after the 1200s, which added to the aerobic load of the workout.
Breathing was OK, a bit of VCD but no asthma.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, maple bacon and toasted marshmallow GU, and chocolate stroopwafel. Sat well.
