Temp 70, DP 67; supposedly wind from north of 7 MPH, but flags were not moving.

Did 2x1200, 3x800 at hard aerobic effort, then full recovery before 4x200m at mile effort. Splits were 4:36, 4:36, 3:06, 3:04, 3:01, and then 41, 41, 40, 41. Recoveries of just under 3 minutes after the 1200s, about 2:40-ish after the 800s. Did a bit of each 200m in lane 2, so might have been slightly faster than reported.

These felt good, though I'm still getting used to the speedwork. Breathing is better, but not 100%.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.

Breathing was OK - advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue.

Wore my arm-coolers.
