Notes
Starting temp 76, DP 71; ending temp 80, DP 71. Wind from south at 6 MPH.
Did a mixed hill/tempo workout of 3x0:10 hill sprints, 2x2K, 6x0:45 hills (2x easy, medium, hard), and then back to the track for 2K, 400m. Splits on the track were 8:50, 8:42, 8:42, and 97. Recoveries of about 3 minutes between the two 2Ks and between the 2K and 400m.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower seed butter, chocolate clif gel and salted caramel GU - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue.
Wore arm coolers.
Took 1mg Artane at 4:30 am. Gait a bit rocky at first, and then smoothed out.
L/R balance at 49/51.
