Temp and DP 44, rain. Showed up for the Iwo Jima hill workout, but I was the only one!

George didn't want me doing more than 4 repeats (I suspect mostly because he was sick and wanted to go home), so I did four - they all felt decent, and better as I went - I think I should have just done 6. Oh well.

Ended up running each hard part for a bit longer than normal - between the dark and the rain, I couldn't see the normal stopping points, so I just went with a tree and a post.

Followed up with an extended cooldown over to Georgetown, plus some short hill strides there, then jogged home.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and Salted Caramel and smores Gus - sat well.

Wore shorts, sportsbra under my Sugoi rain jacket, headband and cap, and plastic gloves under mittens with handwarmers - worked fairly well.

Breathing was 1 puff of rescue, and then inhaler - breathing was good.
