Temp 59, DP 58. Wind from NE at 7 mph; pollen of 8.
Posted workout was 2x1200, 2x800, 2x400, 2x200. I did 2x1200, 2x800, 400, and 4x200. I could feel my gait getting a bit hitchy during the 400, so I swapped to 200s to avoid pulling something. My gait was much better running into the wind than away from it.
Splits were 5:04, 4:57, 3:13, 3:09, 91, 44, 44, 45, and 45. Recoveries between 2:2x and 3:0x between 1200s and 800s; full recovery for 400 and 200s.
L/R balance was 48.9/51.1
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs, Berry stroopwafel, and some dark chocolate - sat OK
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 3 puffs of rescue. Breathing a bit tight.
