Temp 56, DP 54, wind from south at 15 MPH.
Went down to Hains Point thinking I would tempo, but decided not to. I felt very wobbly and unstable and tired and as petty as it sounds, I had the wrong socks on and the RC Elites were very loose on my feet. So I jogged back to the car.
