Temp 70, DP 69 - a bit of rain. Ran from Down Dog to Dupont via NH, then up Connecticut to U to 9th to Const. Ran back across the mall past Lincoln to Rock Creek and Thompsons, then went past Georgetown waterfront up Cap Crescent to stairs, and took towpath back to Down Dog. Felt good for most part - focused on using both legs equally. Definitely felt the humidity. I think my HR monitor's also off.
