Temp 53, DP 52, wind of 3 MPH from south.
The workout was 2x800, 1-2x1600, 2x800. I skipped the second 1600 and instead added two 200s at the end. Had Bradford for company and trailed Dave Lett.
Split 3:07, 3:08, 6:23, 3:05, 3:02, 43 and 42. Recoveries were around 2:30 for the 800s, 4:50 after the 1600; with full recovery after the 200s.
Felt sluggish, which I realized later was due to getting a lot of blood drawn yesterday. I'm still pretty happy with this one.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue before workout.
Stryd was calibrated to 1.00 - gave accurate results.
Wore ankle braces. GCT balance biased to right.
