Temp 66, DP 65. Workout was 2x1200/800/400. Despite the weather, I felt surprisingly good towards the back end of this workout - it's taken a while, but I think I'm finally getting a bit faster.
Splits were 4:35, 2:58, 87, 4:29, 2:55, 81 Worked in a pack with the two Jessicas, the new girl, Ann, and Evan. One puff of Foradil in the morning.
