Temp 76, DP 69. Workout was 6-8x800; I did 7 (was pulled by George, and fine with that).

Worked in a group with Ann, Dan, Sarah, Evan and possibly some others - just let them drag me. Ran 2:59, 2:57, 2:57, 2:53, 2:55, 2:52, and 2:50. Was happy with how this workout felt, given that my legs are heavy from Sunday. I actually felt like leg fatigue was limiting me more than air quality, which was nice.

One puff of Foradil pre-workout, and also used inhaler right before. No breathing issues during workout, and pollen didn't seem to be bothering me much. My stomach felt really lousy during the warm-up, but was great for the workout also.

Swapped to Sayonara for cooldown, so I'll do a separate entry for that.
