Temp and DP 66, light rain. Did 6x800, trailing Chris C and working with Brent and Jenn. Tried to keep these around 3:00 for the most part, though I did run the last one a bit hard (after saying I wasn't going to....). Splits were 3:02, 3:00, 2:59, 2:56, 2:59, 2:52.
Legs felt good. Had GI problems during run - no nausea or cramps, just really needed to go. Need to clear out stuff better next time. Breakfast was berry stroopwafel, rice, hemp powder, smores and strawberry banana GUs.
Breathing was very good - Advair 250/50.
Knee/sciatica felt good. Left foot (adductor hallucis) was this morning's instance of paranoia. No pain, just an awareness of it.
Kept the cooldown short and drove to the gym since I'm racing on Sunday.
