Notes

Ran from mp 1/2- 9 1/2. New shoes, new shorts. Both felt good. Also tried a new anti-chafing product (Blue Steel). Seemed to work OK-at least no chafing on this short long run. Hopefully this will end my chafing on long runs that I've been experiencing the last several months.,
