Felt great for the first 13 miles then the wheels came off (kinda). My legs were spaghetti at 17 mi. Had a GU and it got better the last 2 mi. Lost 5 lbs during the run. Need to hydrate and fuel up better on the next long run. Fairly strong wind from the west-ran into it for first half and with it on way back on this out and back.
