Notes
Had a good race with a new PR for the half (set about a month ago) by 1:42. Jake beat me by about 30 sec but I've got 18 years on him. Felt a little sore the next day (work day) but overall felt OK.
Had a bit of a head wind for most of the race especially the last 4 along the water.
