Ran the Kirkland 1/2 marathon. I was kinda disappointed in my time compared to last year- 1:49:58 - but this was my first race since Oct 08 and I haven't been training as hard. Still happy to have avg pace below 9:00. Had some dry heaves at mi 10 for some reason and felt crappy after. Pretty nice day for running with temps around 45 at the start and 60 at the end and no rain. 2000 cals
