Warm-Up: Lunge Matrix
Had planned to do a tempo run but it was quite warmer and just didn't think I could sustain a hard effort. So I backed off and just looked to run strong but evenly. Surprised to get home to find I ran at the same pace as last weeks tempo. It was hard work but this is my 'workout' for the week so pretty pleased it was still productive.
